+ Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements.

+ The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.

+ Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite.

+ Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.

Requirements

TS/SCI with poly required

+ High School Degree/GED and 19 years of related experience

+ A Bachelor of Science may be substituted for 5 years of experience

+ Brocade

+ Cisco

+ Juniper JUNOS Network Operating System

+ Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail

+ Network Device (firewall/router/switch) System Administration

+ Palo Alto

+ Proficient in Linux/UNIX commands

+ Proficient in Windows Server OS

+ RHEL 7x, 8x, or 9x

+ RHEL/Linux Server Administration

+ Web Applications

+ Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022

+ Windows Server Administration

Desired:

+ Application/SA Experience with the OpenText Ops Bridge Suite

+ Experience in Python, R, JavaScript, or Perl programming; or UNIX scripting

+ Experience with OpenText Application Performance Management (APM)

+ Experience with OpenText Business Process Monitor (BPM)

+ Experience with OpenText OPTIC Data Lake
