    Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

    The Social Content Creator will leverage a deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats to create original, engaging, and high-quality content, continuing to raise the bar for the Raising Cane’s brand in the social space. Collaborating with an in-house team and external partners, the Social Content Creator is responsible for turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions that are attention grabbing, fresh, and align with our brand voice.

    Job Description

    + Researches and identifies insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate social content

    + Contributes to monthly content calendars across all brand channels, including brand, owner, and mascot

    + Creates various forms of social media content-videos, images, and text captions -suitable for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube

    + Contributes to the creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the brand at the forefront of pop culture

    + Develops and creates big ideas to create viral moments

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience in a social content role

    + Hands-on experience from concepting to production, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution

    + Compelling online portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution

    + A deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats

    + Experience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activation

    + Extreme attention to detail, understanding of design principles, and the creative process

    + Highly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedback

    + Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro)

    + Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

    + Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

    + Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

    + A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
