Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will ensure the highest levels of service to our guests.

What will you do?

+ Assist managers in training and development of the team

+ Ensure work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service

+ Collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies

More about you

+ No college degree required

+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role

+ Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required

+ Exceptional organization and guest service abilities required

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
