• Configuration Management Analyst

    ManTech (Lexington Park, MD)


    ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Configuration Management Analyst** to join our team in the **Lexington Park, MD.**

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + With supervision by more senior staff this position will collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

    + Responsible for maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data.

    + Track configuration changes.

    + Coordinates and supports development of ECPs.

    + Support program briefings as they pertain to configuration management.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area is required.

    + A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience relevant to management, technical or business analysis disciplines is required.

    + An Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area plus four (4) additional years of recent and relevant experience, for a total of six (6) years of recent and relevant experience, may be substituted for the Bachelor degree.

    + Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing applicable/standard documentation to support is required.

    + Must have experience working in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Navy aviation systems.

    + Experience with NAVAIR data management systems.

    + Required to be onsite 5 days a week.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must be a US Citizen and a Secret clearance is required to start.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

    + Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
