Description Business Development Center (BDC) Representative candidates to help us discover new and innovative ways to drive more customers into our store utilizing both phone and internet strategies. A strong background in both customer service/telecommunications is desired. Requirements 1 year minimum of BDC experience High character, Integrity, transparency and people understanding Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone Leadership instincts Possess great customer service skills Ability to multi task Proven phone skills in a selling environment Desire to learn *must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Additional Information Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needs, follow up with current customers to identify any areas of concern. Make a high volume amount of outbound calls Set sales appointments for customers and pair with sales advisor Contact customers to confirm appointments Answer inbound calls Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments Purify and update customer changes in database. Bi-lingual a must
