Join out Growing Union Grove shop of 150 plus employees to Upfit CTOS equipment including Boom, Bucket, Diggers Trucks, aerial cranes and other truck mounted equipment. Our customers include leading utilities, telecom, construction, forestry, oil, and rail companies.

You will ensure that manufactured products meet the organizations standards of quality, reliability, and performance of CTOS Equipment including Boom, Bucket, Diggers Trucks, aerial cranes and other truck mounted equipment.

**We're Hiring** motivated individuals for the following positions:

+ Mechanics / Technicians to support Shop Service, Custom Build and QC **(Mechanics Tools Required)**

+ Production Equipment Assemblers / Mechanics (CTOS Provides Tools for Production Team)

+ Welders / Fabricators

Schedule

+ Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Overtime until 3:30 PM or as needed)

**Brands and Equipment:** Load King, TEREX, Manitowoc, Elliott, National Cranes

+ Boom Trucks / Cranes

+ Bucket / Dump Trucks

+ Digger Derricks

+ Utility Trucks & More

We’re seeking individuals with high mechanical aptitude or vocational training.

+ Truck, Auto Mechanics shop related experienced.

+ Diesel, Automotive, Hydraulics, Cylinders, PTO's, Hoses etc.

+ 12-volt electrical wiring experience (trailers, wire harnesses, etc.).

+ Knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, hydraulic systems, and welding.

+ Installing and wiring electrical components or utility trucks, cranes, and related equipment.

+ Modifying and enhancing vehicles to meet industry-specific needs.

Required Skills:

+ High school diploma or the equivalent

+ Experience with diesel, medium or heavy truck, or related equipment. (construction, farm, military)

+ General mechanical aptitude / knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, construction, farm, or truck

+ Computer skills and ability to document repair activity.

Preferred Skills:

+ Vocational Technical School or Military Wheeled Mechanic or related training a plus

+ 3 plus years maintenance and repair of Utility Trucks and Equipment.

Requirements:

+ Must hold a valid driver’s license.

+ Must have your own tools. (Mechanics Positions)

+ Physical effort to move objects and tools; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling and a high level of dexterity.
