    Opportunity

     

    Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    + Serving as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time

    + Supervising department staff, including performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication

    + Helping to manage schedules/appointments of associates

    + Assisting in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation

    + Setting sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail

    + Ensuring all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles

     

    This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 9:00pm.

    Skills/Requirements

    + Current and valid State Esthetics license required

    + Must have 3 years of Esthetics experience

    + Prior experience in a spa environment preferred

    + Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus
