• CNC Laser Operator "A" - 2nd Shift

    SUMMARY

    This occupation requires skills and performance in 5 axis laser cutting, knowledge of CNC Machines and be familiar with NC programming. This occupation requires moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and considerable time standing.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum of three (3) years experience setting up and operating 5 axis CNC Lasers and have knowledge of metal alloys.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Able to read engineering draw- ings and blueprints.

    2. Setup fixtures, vises, and rotary tables. Measurements of fabri­ cated parts.

    3. Knowledge of mathematical tasks and trigonometry.

    4. Perform all other duties as assigned or directed.

    5. Can identify and communicate to management machine and quality issues as they arise.
