    Your Role

    As a Carrier Development Manager for Kuehne + Nagel’s Road Logistics team, you will play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships with carriers. By understanding their capabilities and aligning them with our business needs, you’ll help secure competitive pricing and ensure capacity to drive growth in our network.

    Your Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with carriers to gain a deep understanding of their services, operational strengths, and capacity

    + Partner with Operations and Pricing teams to identify opportunities for strategic capacity and cost savings

    + Leverage the carrier network to secure competitive pricing and ensure capacity availability for new and ongoing business

    + Support Kuehne + Nagel’s strategic initiatives pertaining to carrier engagement and operations

    Your Skills and Experiences

    + Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management or other related field beneficial

    + 5+ years experience in Road Logistics Operations

    + 2+ years experience in Carrier Relationship Management

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills in order to identify and foster growth opportunities

    + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Pricing, and Sales
