ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **IT Project Manager** to join our team in the DC, Maryland, Virginia (Northern) **DMV area.

In this role you will work with stakeholders to prioritize operations tasks and engineering projects; Provide routinely scheduled reports to senior managers on task and project performance. You will assist in identifying and assessing risks related to network, security, and cloud operations; Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies; Monitor risks throughout the project. In this role you will also be responsible for the coordination of procurement, installation and maintenance of network, security, and cloud systems, ensuring compliance with

project requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Work closely with the PMO team to maintain visibility of all tasks and projects; Provide updates on network, security and cloud operation policies, SOPs, and Best Practices to the PMO team

+ Support the development of documentation on policies, SOPs, and Best Practices; Provide status updates and other project information and options as requested

+ Define scope, objectives and deliverables within the network, security and cloud operations environment

+ Create work packages tied to milestones, identify dependencies, and schedule work: Ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time; Track and report on project milestones and deliverables

+ Assess the impact of changes on the project; Utilizing Change Control Boards (CCBs) to manage and control any project-related changes, ensuring effective and efficient project delivery

+ Provide technical expertise and data to support customer decision-making on solution alternatives and other investments

+ Provide technical direction to guide project team execution while also providing guidance and task assignment to program personnel mentoring team members improving support to the customer

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 9+years of experience as a Technical Project Manager and a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business management, or related degree

+ A Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification

+ Knowledge and experience applying project management best practices

+ Experience on NOC and or SOC and Infrastructure Engineering contracts

+ Experience on projects involving Agile and DevOps processes

+ Understanding of and some experience overseeing implementation of ITIL practices

+ Experience leading medium to large size project teams

Preferred Qualifications:

+ An advanced degree

+ Scrum Master experience

+ FinOps experience

+ Experience working with ServiceNow

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have a current/active secret clearance with the ability obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
