• Operations/Research Analyst

    ManTech (Hill Air Force Base, UT)


    **ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Operations/Research Analyst** to join our team onsite at **Hill AFB, UT** . This will be supporting the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort.

    Responsibilities:

    + Managing and directing the analyses of management problems.

    + Performing cost analyses and modeling.

    + Providing information requirements and the formulating of scientific solutions as directed.

    + Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.

    + Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.

    + Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

    + Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.

    + Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

    + May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

    + Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

    + Experience leading or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, and progress reporting.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + F-16 avionics experience

    + Automatic Test Equipment experience.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
