• Sr Electrical Project Engineer

    Our client, a leader in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr Electrical Project Engineer

    **Location:** Tulsa, Oklahoma

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and supervise design efforts and provide field monitoring to ensure construction compliance with designs.

    + Incorporate safety and regulatory compliance into all assigned project scopes and designs.

    + Conduct and participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and Pre-Start Up Safety reviews.

    + Develop process flow sheets, preliminary plant layouts, and piping and instrument diagrams.

    + Establish and maintain project files and enter material in permanent equipment and process files.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with demonstrated Project Engineering experience.

    + A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in the chemical or fermentation industry.

    + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
