    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced team supervisor to manage End User Computing's E-Document and Move Services team. This role involves supervising a dynamic team of Technical Engineers and Infrastructure Analysts

    Scope of Responsibilities:

    Oversees a team of Technical Engineers and Infrastructure Analysts individual contributors.

    Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership & Management:

    Assign workloads, set priorities, and track the team’s objectives and deliverables.

     

    Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions to support growth, address challenges, and foster collaboration.

     

    Provide consistent feedback and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Operational Oversight:

    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to software management, patching, and compliance.

     

    Ensure timely remediation of software vulnerabilities and seamless troubleshooting processes.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    Partner with cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

     

    Lead initiatives to enhance dashboard reporting, governance, and overall team efficiency.

    Education and Experience Required:

    A combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience and 2 years leadership experience

     

    Proficiency with pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications

     

    Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution

     

    Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms

     

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

     

    Prior experience driving project milestones and delivery dates

     

    Prior experience recommending and implementing system solutions

     

    Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective

    Education and Experience Preferred:

    Bachelor’s degree

     

    Minimum of 8 years’ technology management or large program leadership experience

     

    Experience with Jira

     

    Experience with Agile

     

    Experience with PowerBi

     

    Experience with print and fax

    M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $93,581.10 - $155,968.51 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
