Salary: $39,500 - $48,000 ($19 - $23 hourly) depending on experience As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. Though not required experience in the Plumbing, Restoration, HVAC, or Construction industries is a plus! Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include: * Quickly and efficiently answering incoming calls in professional and courteous manner * Actively listening to the customer to learn about their situation and how we can help them * Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling and routing of services to our team of technicians * Dispatching jobs and updates to technicians in the field * Coordinate any adjustments in schedule with customers and service technicians * Provide sales support and recommendations The qualifications of a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include: * Ability to deliver excellent customer service * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong telephone and computer skills * Experience scheduling and routing teams of technicians * Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills * QuickBooks and Salesforce knowledge is a plus! * Covid-19 vaccination is required * Must pass a Background check for our insurance requirements * Fluency in Spanish is not required but is a plus! __________________________________________________________________________________ If this sounds like you, please send your resume ensuring that it includes a valid phone number and email address in response to this posting.
