The Integration Engineer will automate the transformation and transport of data between multiple applications including our new data lake, and support analytics for multiple transportation businesses at a fast-growing company.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Technical degree or non-technical degree with relevant experience

+ 5+ years SQL development and Data Integration experience with any tools

+ Experience with Relational and Non-Relational Databases

+ Excellent Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Microsoft SQL Databases and NoSQL Databases including structured and unstructured data

+ Experience with Python and/or PySpark

+ Experience with Data Integration and ETL Pipelines

+ Familiarity with Azure Data Factory

+ Familiarity with Azure Storage

+ Familiarity with Databricks

+ Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code

+ Familiarity with SOAP and RESTful web services

Responsibilities

+ Build large, complex data set pipelines conforming to existing architecture

+ Work alongside data developers, data engineers, reporting analysts, data scientists, and database administrators

+ Work alongside non-technical team members gathering, analyzing, translating, and implementing solutions based on business requirements

+ Choosing and applying design patterns and implementing best practices

+ Researching and learning new data integration technologies
