EXPERIENCED ROOFING HANDYMAN NEEDED - URGENT HIRE

ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting a handyman/technician that is experienced in roofing.

This handyman will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties within their territory – with a focus in roofing.

Experience of at least 5+ years’ in 3 or more of the below skilled trades is also a requirement for this position.

Requirements

+ MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with at least one year of driving history.

+ Must have off street parking for a company vehicle with commercial plates (N/A for Staten Islaand or Upstate NY)

+ Must be tech savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices

+ Must work with little to no guidance

+ Reliable working with a proven track record of employment

+ Must be available to rotating weekend on call (1 or more time per month)
