Business Intelligence Solutions Developer** **– Health Plan

As a key member of ourDataand Analytics team at St Luke’s, you will be integral indevelopinginnovativeanalyticalsolutionsfor business-critical datasupporting our HealthPlan.The ideal candidate for this positionwould havegreat communicationskills, be acurious self-starter,have great analytical and problem-solving skills,have a background inhealth insuranceand haveapassion fordeliveringtechnicalsolutions thatenable time-sensitive,critical decisions.

+ Design, develop, andmaintainBI reports, dashboard, and data visualizations using BI tools with Epic Cogito, Microsoft and Databrickstechnologies.
Required Criteria:
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
+ **Experience:** Minimum of2years related experience
Responsibilities** **:
+ **Analyze** **and Report:** Analyzesbusiness intelligence needsand requirements. Designsand customizesanalytical dashboards and reports in response.
+ **Collaborate and Prioritize:** Work closely withkey businessstakeholders inthe Health Planto understand and prioritize requirements.
+ **Design,** **D** **evelop and Configure:** Collaborate with the Tapestryapplications team, the Actuaryand Analytics Teamand the Data and Analytics teamto design, configure,and developcustom and standardanalytical solutionsfrom a variety of sources.
+ **Test and Troubleshoot:** Participatein testing methodologies, ensuring the functionality and integrity of our reporting solutions.Troubleshoots and resolves errors and solves complex technical problems.
+ **Research and Development:** Identifyand implementEPICTapestry Cogitoandotherdataand analyticstechnologies tostreamline Health Plan solutions.
+ **Support and Collaborate:** Partner with teams across departments to provideexceptional support, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights forthe St Luke’s Health Plan. Troubleshootscomplex issues and problemsusingmethodical problem analysis techniques.
+ **Health** **Insurance** **and Technical Expertise:** Develop andpossessesrelatedHealth Insurance and Technical Knowledge
Experience** **/Qualifications** **:
+ **Health Insurance experience**
+ **Epic Tapestry** **e** **xperience**
+ **SQL Proficiency:** 2+ years of writing SQL queries.
+ **BI Tools:** Experience withEpic Cogito,PowerBIor Tableau.
+ **Database Expertise:** Familiarity withrelationaldatabases.Knowledge of Databricks or similar platforms being a plus.
