    Your Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive wound and ostomy assessments and develop individualized care plans.

    + Offer pre- and post-operative counseling and education to patients and families.

    + Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide expert wound and ostomy care.

    + Perform medication administration and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

    + Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.

    + Provide education and in-services to staff on wound, ostomy, skin, and incontinence care.

    What You'll Need:

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.

    + Current Washington State RN license.

    + Completion of a Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing (WOCN) program.

    + Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience.

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required upon hire).

    + Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) or Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse (CWON) certification (required within 1 year).

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and teaching skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
