Job Summary:

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking an orthopaedic surgeon to join one of our affiliated private practices in Sanford, FL

Qualified Candidates:

+ Board certified or board eligible in orthopaedic surgery

+ Primary focus / ideal experience to consist of total hip and knee replacement

+ Foot and ankle experience plus a trauma background would be ideal secondary focus

+ Must be proficient in robotics and MIS

+ Group has two clinic locations, an orthopaedic urgent care center, and outpatient surgery center

+ 3 physicians, 1 PA, and 2 NPs in group

+ Practice currently has 20,000+ patients with average new patient wait time of four weeks

+ HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed, Level II trauma center

+ Established in 1982, we are the only full-service cardiovascular program in Seminole and west Volusia

+ New 2023 GME programs will include surgery, internal medicine, family medicine, and anesthesia

+ Other specialized services include orthopedic and spine care, robotic surgery, wound care, acute inpatient medical rehabilitation, and imaging services
