    Job Summary:

    HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for skilled CRNAs to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.

    Opportunity Highlights:

    + Anesthesia care team model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs

    + Case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo

    + Set schedule with flexible options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and OB 24s available

    + No call requirement with minimal weekends

    + CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.

    Incentive/Benefits Package:

    + Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $30K geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.

    + Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available

    + 8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period.

    + Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.

    + 401(k) company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service

    + 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
