Position Title: Operator II

Reports to: Production Management

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Operate all equipment as assigned, proficient at all Operator I functions.

+ Maintain and stock components necessary for production rooms.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Monitor fill operation. Assist line personnel as needed.

+ Understands and performs the start-up operation and shutdown procedures for each piece of equipment as assigned.

+ Clean machines.

+ Move items for QA and Production Coordinators

+ Move components to and from warehouse locations as needed.

+ Keeps room staging area safe, neat, and orderly.

+ Maintain and stock components/materials for assigned room(s).

+ Remove finished goods, components, scrap pallets, and empty bulk drums from rooms as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

**Reports to:** Production Superintendent(s) or their designee.

**Supervises:** None

Education or Equivalent: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

+ Speak, read and comprehend English

+ Demonstrate the ability to operate the majority of production machines

+ Ability to obtain power equipment certification

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
