Examples of Work Performed:
+ Apply TRIP standard practices, protocols, techniques, methods, procedures, and instructions in performing implementation and practice supports. Develop protocols for standard implementation of practices to various sites.
+ Ensure established exploration, installation, and other implementation and operational processes are operationalized. Continuously improve processes to optimize implementation outcomes.
+ Actively work with, build, and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders, including government agencies, educational entities, local organizations, and service providers.
+ Develop and support community outreach and education activities to raise awareness and implement evidence-informed programs and supports available.
+ Collect, synthesize, and utilize data and literature to identify areas for improvement, ensuring confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
+ Inform community and practice supports by leveraging data and research findings to develop resources, training, and leadership support tailored to community needs.
+ Deliver Training and Technical Assistance. Provide hands-on consultation, training, technical assistance, and guidance to local and state-wide implementing sites during the implementation process.
+ Create and support practice enhancements. Develop and implement enhancements to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of evidence-informed practices.
+ Lead the adaptation and augment evidence-based programs to fit the unique characteristics of the target population or community. This may involve tailoring the trauma-responsive in-school intervention or adding to it, for cultural, demographic, or logistical considerations.
+ Overall, use judgment and complex problem-solving strategies in selecting or creating solutions to implementation challenges, continuously improving implementation processes and documentation.
+ Ensure all established work and innovation are developed and implemented through a culturally informed lens and appropriate for diverse communities and clientele. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on well-being and trauma and align principles with an overarching systemic justice.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, non-profit management, social policy, public health, or a related field.
+ 3 or more years of experience working with evidence-informed practices in education, human services, non-profit management, social policy, public health, or related field.*
+ 3 or more years of clinical experience with a diverse clientele.*
+ Experience leading at least 1 significant project.*
Condition of Employment:
+ Must successfully pass a drug test through Children's Hospital Colorado.

_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ _Master's degree in social work, psychology, human services, non-profit management, social policy, public health or a related field._
+ _2 or more years of prior experience with trauma-responsive implementation and practices._
+ _2 or more years of prior experience as a school counselor or working in the school system._
+ _Bilingual (Spanish/English)._
+ _Hold an LPC/LCSW or a related licensure._

Implementation Specialist Lead - 36383 University Staff
This position will lead the implementation, dissemination, and intermediary role activities for several bodies of work at The Kempe Center. Such work will require collaboration with statewide implementing sites, particularly with school sites, departments of child, family, and behavioral services, service-provider organizations, potential funding agencies, community members, policymakers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds. The Lead will serve as a critical liaison, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective implementation of evidence-informed interventions in varied community settings. This position will provide guidance and supervision of other implementation specialist roles. This position requires the ability to interface in diverse settings in the community. This is a 1.0 FTE staff position.The Kempe Center houses multiple intermediaries that oversee the implementation of evidence-informed programs. This position will primarily be interfacing with the Trauma-Responsive Implementation and Practice (TRIP) program leading the trauma-responsive in-school intervention implementation, adaptation, and dissemination. Work is performed fully independently.To effectively lead the implementation, dissemination, and intermediary role activities for several bodies of work at The Kempe Center, the Implementation Specialist Lead will engage in the following activities:
- this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
