Positions Available: Building Cleaners, Painters, Groundskeeping, General Maintenance

We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications:

+ High School GraduateorCollege Studentorat least 18 years of age

+ Hours vary by job duty and building

+ Valid NYS Driver’s License

+ Must be prompt with good attendance, able to follow directions, good listening and communication skills, and self-motivated

+ GENERAL SKILLS: bending, lifting, pushing, stooping, use ladders, etc.

+ SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Must clear NYSED fingerprinting requirement

Salary: Hourly wage will be determined at the time of employment and based onminimum starting rate of $15.50 and past experience
