Work you'll do

+ Supports senior leaders on the development or revision of financial management policies or programs

+ Performs cost-benefit analysis to recommend, defend, or justify funding decisions

+ Develops accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports to ensure financial integrity, timelines, accuracy, and validity

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required

+ 4 years' experience with government financial management, budgeting, and reporting

+ Familiarity with labor cost estimating and planning

+ Work is performed in Honolulu, Hawaii

Preferred:

+ Experience with DoD cost analysis and spend plan management

+ Knowledge of Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR)

+ Familiarity with labor cost estimating and planning

+ Certifications including CPA and/or CGFM

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
