    Dal-Tile is currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals for our Summer Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative projects in the tile manufacturing industry. If you're eager to learn, grow, and work with industry leaders, apply now to join our dynamic team this summer! This internship is located in the Dallas Corporate office.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Support Relocation Processes – Assist in coordinating end-to-end relocation activities, including pre-assignment planning, visa and immigration support, and onboarding in the host country.**

    + **Compliance Management – Help ensure compliance with local tax laws, immigration regulations, and employment policies across multiple jurisdictions.**

    + **Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze global mobility data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.**

    + **Policy & Process Improvement – Contribute to the review and enhancement of global mobility policies, procedures, and communication materials.**

    + **Employee Support – Serve as a point of contact for relocating employees, addressing queries and providing guidance on relocation-related matters.**

    Qualifications:

    + **Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.**

    + **Currently a Junior or Senior in college**
