    Job Summary:

    HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking full-time physicians to become part of the practice at HCA Florida Palmetto Emergency, a new free standing emergency department, set to open Summer, 2024.

     

    + Expected to serve over 8,000 patients annually

    + 24 hour physician coverage daily

    + The facility will feature 12 exam rooms

    + Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation

    + State of the art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology

    + Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Must be board certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine

    Facility Information:

    Serving as the Main Facility to Palmetto Emergency, HCA Florida Blake Hospital has served the healthcare needs of Manatee County for more than 40 years. Blake is a 383-bed, Level II tertiary hospital offering a wide range of services including the area's only Trauma Center, 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, cancer care, joint replacement and inpatient rehabilitation. Blake has been named a Top 100 Hospital 9 times by Solucient.
