We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Print Operator to join our Customization Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality, customized products. If you have a passion for precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate screen printing equipment with precision and accuracy.

+ Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines for specific print jobs to ensure optimal performance.

+ Monitor production runs to ensure top-notch quality, making adjustments as needed.

+ Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to keep equipment in excellent condition.

+ Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specs and deadlines.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Keep detailed records of materials used, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

+ 1+ years screen print experience (required)

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills.

+ Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.

+ Familiarity with core computer programs and a willingness to learn new systems.

+ A proactive, problem-solving mindset for process improvement.

Shift Available:

+ Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
