    The Sales Consultant will sell new and used vehicles by adhering to implemented sales strategies, meeting sales goals and objectives while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.

     

    Qualified applicant should be a motivated individual with excellent people skills and proven track record. Bilingual a plus but not required, however, energy, positive attitude, outgoing personality and a good driving record a must.

    Responsibilities

    + Prospect daily for customers

    + Great understanding of the product, including options, specifications, etc.

    + Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount

    + Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and leases

    + Achieve high CSI scores

    + Learn to overcome objections and earn the sale

    + Availability to work Saturday’s is required

    Qualifications

    + Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills

    + A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships

    + Strong negotiation and presentation skills

    + Ability to work well in process driven environment

    + Professional, well-groomed appearance with good work ethic

     

    Est. Annual Earnings: $45,000-$100,000++

     

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
