    Description

    We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter for our client in Jefferson, Louisiana. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members, as well as managing our various recruitment platforms. This role offers a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize ADP Workforce Now, CareerBuilder, CRM, and Applicant Track System to manage the recruitment process

    • Conduct comprehensive background checks for potential permanent staff

    • Manage and update the status of open positions, which typically range from 15-22 at any given time

    • Screen potential employees using Indeed and other recruitment platforms

    • Ensure effective communication with potential permanent staff and internal stakeholders

    • Provide support for various benefit functions within the organization

    • Maintain regular office hours with flexibility for personal obligations

    • Use Office Suite for various administrative tasks

    • Play an active role in the onboarding process for new permanent staff

    • Foster a forward momentum growth within the organization by identifying potential for internal promotions and skill development

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter within the Hospitality industry

    • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

    • Demonstrated ability to use CareerBuilder for recruitment processes

    • Experience with CRM systems

    • Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems

    • Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks

    • Knowledge of Benefit Functions within the HR sector

    • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Experience in Recruitment - Sourcing, including identifying and reaching out to potential candidates

    • Previous experience Recruiting for a variety of roles within the Hospitality industry
