    VCA Veterinary Specialists of the Valley is growing our specialty surgery team!

     

    Location : 22123 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364

     

    Compensation :** **$ 35 - $ 45 / hr.

     

    *Depending on experience

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Venipuncture

    • Catheter placement

    • Radiology

    • Anesthesia monitoring

    • Physical examinations and patient assessment

    • Surgical preparation and assistance

    • Laboratory work

    • Pharmacy

    • Patient recovery

    • Compassionate care for hospitalized patients

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have documented previous experience

    • Preferably hold a current RVT license

    • Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays

    • Customer service skills

    • Working knowledge of computers

    • Excellent communications skills

    • Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments
