The BAE Systems site in Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking a Quality Analyst.
In this role as a Quality Analyst, you will support the following responsibilities:
+ Develop and write inspection plans.
+ Read and work to blueprints.
+ Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts.
+ Monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and data files.
+ Process non-conformances for disposition.
+ Provide technical quality support to production and engineering.
+ Perform welding inspections.
+ Program Faro Arm/Laser Tracker.
+ Program Keyence.
+ Program CMMs.
+ Support on the 2nd Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm on a 5/40 schedule.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Typically requires High School diploma, or the equivalant, and four (4) years' experience, or the overall equivalent.
+ Basic computer skills in MS Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
+ Ability to read, interpret and work to blueprints.
+ Working knowledge in GD&T principles and applications.
+ Ability to read and comprehend raw material specifications.
+ Be able to support 2nd Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm on a 5/40 schedule.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ ORACLE MRP system.
+ TipQA system.
+ First article inspection preparation.
+ PFEMAs.
+ Writing inspection plans.
+ CMM, Faro Arm/ Laser Tracker and/or Keyence inspection technology.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57866 - $98372
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
