    About The Role

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support business decisions. This role requires knowledge of healthcare data ((Eligibility or Claims processing & Reimbursements or Benefits Configuration etc.), strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

    + Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support decision-making processes.

    + Create visualizations and summaries of data insights for easy interpretation by management and stakeholders.

    + Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data to provide actionable insights.

    + Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.

    + Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    + Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validation checks.

    Essential Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

    + Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.

    + Previous experience with a healthcare platform

    + Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

    + Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.

    + Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

    + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
