    Requirements

    + Graduation from a state-certified Advanced Practice Program.

    + Unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA.

    + Unrestricted DEA registration and State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).

    + Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
