ZoomCare is seeking a **Family Nurse Practitioner** or **Physician Assistant** to join our dynamic team in Salem, Oregon! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

SCHEDULE

+ Work Part Time in the evenings, ~24 hours per week

COMPENSATION

+ Hourly pay rate: $73.00 - $82.00 per hour dayshift / Additional shift differential per hour between 6pm-12am

+ Relocation Assistance Eligible up to $5,000

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner

+ Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.

+ Experience seeing patients of all ages.

+ Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

+ Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS and REQUIREMENTS

+ Standing for long periods of time

+ Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.

+ Must wear a mask as needed.
