Join Our Team as a Youth Soccer Coach! - Currently looking for coaches with Daytime Weekday Availability

Soccer Stars is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Youth Soccer Coaches to work with children ages 2 to 10 years. As a coach, you will lead fun, educational, and skill-building soccer sessions that promote physical activity and teamwork. We aim to instill a love for soccer in a non-competitive environment, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed and grow.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Conducting age-appropriate soccer classes aligned with our curriculum.

+ Creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.

+ Encouraging skill development for each participant.

+ Providing positive feedback and reinforcement to promote confidence.

+ Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress.

Requirements

+ Passion for working with children and teaching sports.

+ Previous coaching experience or a background in sports is preferred.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

+ Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable.

+ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

+ Willingness to undergo a background check.

Pay

+ Starting at $18 - $22 per hour
