    + To be successful in this role you need well rounded experience supporting residential and/or commercial buildings including but not limited to:

    + Appliance installation and trouble-shooting

    + Carpentry

    + Electrical

    + Plumbing

    + Janitorial

    + HVAC Systems

    + Routine maintenance and repair

    + Safety

    Requirements

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is required

    + Willingness to undertake training if necessary.
