Fun Town RV was founded in 2010 and has grown substantially over the last ten years. We currently have 14 locations and have plans to add several more in the next few years.

What We are Looking For:

We are searching for a General Sales Manager(s) that can effectively manage a growing sales organization. We offer career growth and high earning potential, drug-free work environment and reasonable work hours.

The position is "hands on" and requires an individual who enjoys interacting with the public, who can manage and believes in a structured sales system. We offer career growth and high earning potential for talented, career-driven professionals.

The successful candidate will have the following:

+ Verifiable track records, impeccable reputation and exceptional training and leadership skills.

+ Willingness to learn and promote our products and sales processes as well as be capable of effectively sharing and encouraging the same with their team members.

We are seeking candidates who like to have fun managing, selling and closing. We can teach you the RV business and Fun Town’s selling system, you must bring the enthusiasm, drive and desire to be successful.

We embrace good character - taking into account your previous sales employment experience.

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 5+ years of dealership management experience at the General Sales Manager level.

+ RV dealership management experience preferred.

+ Employee management experience.

+ Strong computer skills.

+ Ability to interpret a profit and loss statements.

+ Excellent organizational/sequencing skills.

+ Must have enthusiasm and a great attitude.

+ Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone or in person.

+ Ability to understand profit and loss statements, budgets and financial statements.
