    What your time at EnviroSafe will be like

     

    + Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized quote to fix the issue at hand.

    + Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC systems

    + Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction

    + Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales

    + Follow-up with prior clients to ask for referrals

    + Overcome technical and financial objections of prospective customers

    + Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options

    + Prepare sales orders for jobs sold

    + Build and maintain customer relationships

    + Participate in various sales activities to support the growth of the company

    Requirements

    What we’ll get from you

     

    + A minimum 7 years experience in the trade

    + A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.

    + A deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs

    + Enthusiasm to learn and grow

    + The ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's home

    + Clean driving record

    + Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it
