Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrician to join our team. As a Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. Superior has been providing services to property management companies for 14 years, making us a leader in the industry. + Install, maintain, repair and upgrade electrical systems and electrical wiring in residential properties.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and establish the most efficient and effective solutions for repair.

+ Adhere to National Electric Code (NEC) regulations, state and local building codes

+ Install and maintain lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical devices and equipment.

+ Estimate time and materials required for electrical work and create project timelines.

+ Communicate with clients and account managers in a professional manner.

Requirements

+ Electrical License required

+ General Liability Preferred

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Residential Electrician

+ Knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.

+ Ability to work efficiently both independently or as part of a team.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
