    Superior Contracting & Maintenance is looking for a Punchlist Contractor to join our team. As a Punchlist Contractor, you will be responsible for completing a variety of services such as general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. You will be working on a variety of different projects and have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise in the construction industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Complete and execute tasks as assigned by project manager, ensuring work is completed within the established time frame and budget

    + Ability to perform general repairs and carpentry work including framing, drywall repair/replace, texture match, flooring installation, and finish work

    + Converse with project managers to ensure their needs are being met

    + Show up to job sites with materials and tools needed for each job assigned

    + Manage and prioritize workload and communicate progress to the project manager

    + Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly at the end of the day

    + Maintain accurate records of work completed

    Requirements

    + Minimum 5 years’ experience in punch list work or similar construction industry experience

    + Possess basic computer skills for submitting electronic documentation

    + Must provide own tools and reliable transportation

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

    + Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations

    + Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients, vendors and employees at all levels.

    + Have all your own tools and reliable transportation.

    + Living currently in the U.S
