We have an exiting administrative opportunity for a Construction Project Administrator in Anaheim, CA!
This role is onsite at the project location and is anticipated to last 12 months.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
This role requires great attention to detail, technological proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
+ Document management- ensuring proper documentation is received, checked for accuracy, stored and shared with appropriate parties
+ Taking and distributing meeting minutes
+ Related administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
+ 3-5 years of related experience within the construction industry
+ Profcient with technology
+ Great attention to detail
+ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
+ Well-organized and reliable
