Job Title: Ariba Supplier Resource
Position Type: 1+ Year Contract to hire
Rate: $Open /hr.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
+ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
+ Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work with a team or individually.
+ Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Knowledge of SAP solutions/services
+ Experience in customer relationship or customer service
+ Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Ability to learn new processes and multitask effectively.
+ Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization.
Job Description:
+ Aid in building workstreams for supplier enablement for customers.
+ Participate in both internal and external meetings to understand customer needs and manage customer relations.
+ Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes.
+ Utilize current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications Collaborate on cross-functional projects.
+ Support adoption plans for customers.
+ Work with team to onboard and enable supplier in Ariba network.
