Title: Project Manager (HR, Workday, ADP)

Duration: 6Months Contract with extension

Rate: $Open/hr.

Requirements

Required Skills

+ 9+ years’ experience in project/program management

+ 9+ years in managing large complex programs with multiple stakeholders

+ International project experience

+ Must have experience with payroll and/or payroll and finance projects, such as Workday, ADP, e-TIme, Inspire and/or product areas including Benefits, Equity or Time & Attendance systems

+ Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills

+ Core Project Management skills - Scope management, Delivery on time, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management

+ Should have experience with infrastructure projects

+ Scheduling Skills (MS Project or equivalent)

Desired:

+ Supply Chain skills/experience

+ Learning Systems Experience

+ Conflict management / problem solving

+ Negotiation skills

+ Financial experience (budget planning)

+ Contract management (SoW, Contracts, work orders, etc.)
