    Job Summary

    Provides cybersecurity program implementation and administration support.

     

    Travel is not required.

     

    Responsibilities and Duties

     

    Actively reviews and monitors the NCRC JMN security boundary architecture utilizing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning and archive all logs for retention as required by the JSIG. Performs log review utilizing Endpoint Security Solution (ESS) and SolarWinds Event Manager (SEM) tools. Assesses new technology capabilities as they relate to security concerns and provide recommendations to the ISSM during weekly meetings. Tracks JMN Privileged User’s Standard User Agreements (SUAs), Privileged User Agreements (PUAs), System Access and Authorization Request (SAAR) forms, annual training, and professional certification status. Tracks cybersecurity workforce (CSWF) of the program per current DoD requirements as necessary. Actively monitors SIPRNET for CTO notifications, verify applicability, research requirements to implement, and submit responses as required. Collects/reviews site documentation from new sites as well as conduct coordination with site POCs for annual updates. Reviews of each document will include verification of completeness and compliance with all security requirements.

     

    Qualifications and Skills

     

    Required knowledge and years of experience

     

    Must have at least five (5) years of experience providing cybersecurity analysis support. Must have at least five (5) years of experience operating tools to include Endpoint Security Solution (ESS) and SolarWinds Event Manager (SEM).

    Bachelor's Degree

     

    Certifications

     

    Must meet Cyber Workforce 461 Systems Security Analyst Intermediate qualification requirements.
