    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    This entry level position is an all-around sales support position that will support our operations in a number of areas:  Warehouse support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Front counter support, Order expediting and follow up, and parts delivery.

     

    + Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when needed

    + Support front counter service, and build customer relations

    + Customer interaction via the telephone, email and web; respond and provide quotations to customers promptly

    + Provide immediate customer support to meet their needs; quotations, technical research, literature requests, manufacturer interaction, and order expediting

    + Escalate backorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations

    + Collaborate with the ME sales team to assist in customer solutions and provide a positive customer experience

    + Interact with manufacturing partners and build sustainable relationships

    + Ability to lift up to 75lbs
