    Salary:** **$60,000 - $75,000 annually, plus excellent benefits

     

    Reports To:** **Executive Director

    Purpose:

    The Development Director will oversee all fundraising activities, focusing on grants management, mobile clinic tours, event planning, sponsorships, and donor relations to achieve the MD/PA program's annual fundraising goals.

     

    This is a **full-time, permanent** opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Grant Management:**

    + Manage grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting.

    + Cultivate relationships with grantmakers and assist in securing new funding opportunities.

    + **Mobile Clinic Tours:**

    + Assist the Executive Director with follow-up and cultivation of tour participants to drive donor engagement.

    + **Event & Sponsorship Management:**

    + Plan and execute two major fundraising events annually.

    + Secure sponsorships and manage event logistics to meet fundraising goals.

    + **Donor Relations:**

    + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual donors using DonorPerfect.

    + Oversee donor acknowledgment and stewardship processes, ensuring sustained giving.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + 5+ years of professional fundraising experience (preference for healthcare or service-related sectors).

    + Proven success in managing grants, events, and donor relations.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

    + Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office.

     

    Job Type: Full-time

     

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
