Certification & Experience:

+ Manufacturer certified in all listed repair areas

+ Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician preferred)

+ 3-5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

+ Proven ability to exceed 105% customer pay repairs

Your Role:

+ Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per Lithia and manufacturer standards.

+ Diagnose vehicle issues and determine the best course of repair.

+ Road-test vehicles to ensure quality workmanship.

+ Accurately document all repairs, time spent, and procedures followed.

+ Maintain an organized, clean workspace and return special tools properly.

+ Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer/ASE certifications.

+ Follow all safety protocols and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.

+ Lube & Maintenance Services

+ Engine Repair

+ Suspension/Steering Repair

+ Brake Repair

+ Electrical/Electronic Systems Repair

+ Heating & A/C Repair

+ Engine Drivability Diagnosis & Repair (optional)

Key Skills & Traits:

+ Strong attention to detail & sense of urgency

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($55,200 to $85,200), which includes flat rate hours flagged and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Production/Productivity”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
