Essel is looking for talented Solar Installers to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of cutting-edge solar energy systems for both residential and commercial properties. You will play a crucial role in supporting the transition to renewable energy while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install solar panels and related components according to project designs and safety guidelines.

+ Conduct assessments of installation sites to determine the best layout and design for solar systems.

+ Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.

+ Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems as needed.

+ Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

+ Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues to the supervision.

+ Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the installation process.

Requirements

+ Previous experience as a solar installer or similar role in the construction field.

+ Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices.

+ Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.

+ Willingness to travel to various job sites as assigned.

+ Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
