We are committed to providing a safe, dynamic and nurturing environment that will allow every child to develop into a joyful and confident learner prepared for success in school and in life.   What We Offer * Salary Range: $15 - $18 * Hours of Work: flexible 1:00-6:00, 3:00-6:00 or similar * Teacher to child ratios followed * Full support from our directors and administration * All resources needed to be successful in the classroom * School closed: Christmas Eve through New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after * 401(k) * Tuition reimbursement * Discounted child care * Continued focus on your professional development - our Goddard Systems University is accredited by IACET to provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) * We will pay for your CDA credential * Room for advancement * Merit bonuses and raises Qualifications * CDA, Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred * 2-4 years experience preferred * Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents and faculty members * Work productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures * Highly motivated and take direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams * Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety and potential emergency situations. * Meets background check eligibility
