Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience of managing successful sales team

+ Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics

+ Excellent communication and people skills

+ The ability to establish relationships with customers

+ Organized & Efficient

+ Be confident dealing with customers in person, on the phone or via email.

+ Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines

Requirements

+ Manage Team and hit monthly and annual growth goals

+ Develops new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets.

+ Manages critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients.

+ Coordinates and collaborates cross-departmentally, including Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product.

+ Directs problem solves activities to resolve customer related issues.
